Operation of Dupuytren's contracture with all modifications
Dupuytren's contracture is a disorder of the fascia of the palms, which is manifested by the thickening of the fascia and the formation of nodules and strands. The fingers are affected too. In the palm of the diseased hand, we find subdermal nodules or strands. These thickenings can reach into the fingers and hinder them, especially in the stretching movement. These strands are mainly in the direction of the index and small fingers, but we can also find them somewhere else in the palm and the thumb. Mostly, the condition is painless, but sometimes the strands can cause pain and interfere with work. Then it is necessary to operate the diseased hand.

The operation of the carpal tunnel
In general, a compressive neuropathy is a disorder of the peripheral nervous system for which pain and/or disorders of the functions of the nerve (in terms of loss of mobility or sensibility) are characteristic of long-term pressure on the nerve.
The pressure causes the nerve is not supplied with blood, thus malnourished and consequently loses its function. Failure to relax the compression would cause irreversible damage resulting in so-called denervation under the compression site (i.e., complete loss of nerve function associated with loss of sensation and function of the respective muscles). Carpal tunnel syndrome is the compression of the median nerve with disturbance of the sensation of the thumb, middle finger, and part of the ring finger, as well as the malfunction of the thumb, mainly the opposition function. Compression occurs in the place of the so-called carpal tunnel - a space formed by the bones of the wrist on one side and broadband on the other side. Through this space run the tendons of the finger flexors and the middle arm nerve.
Loge-de-Guyon syndrome is the compression of the elbow nerve with the discomfort of the sensation of the little finger and the IV finger as well as the disturbance of the mobility of all fingers of the hand. The compression takes place in the place of the so-called Guyon canal - a space in the wrist, formed on one side by the bones of the wrist, on the other by the firm ligaments. Through this space runs the elbow nerve.

The operation of the ganglion
A ganglion is, in principle, an extension of the synovial membrane of the tendon sheath or the inner layer of the capsule, in which the synovial or synovial fluid is formed, which allows the gliding of the tendons and joints. In the case of weakness of the tendon sheath or joint capsule, the inner layer can expand outward and comes to the formation of an elastic, usually not painful structure in the area of the wrist. This structure can enlarge or diminish depending on the strain on the hand, it can be completely painless, or it can also cause pain, especially when under stress.
Treatment may be conservative (rest, splints, punctures, corticosteroids, etc.) or surgical. However, the treatment must be complex, because the cause of the genesis of the ganglion is just the weakness of the tendon sheath or the joint capsule. A ganglion can reappear in 10% of cases even after surgery.

The operation of the dart finger
The dart finger is a hand disorder in which the so-called "snapping" of the fingers occurs during their flexion and extension. This arises due to a disproportion between the tendon of the finger flexor and the so-called ring band. The tendons, which run on the fingers, glide through narrow channels, the so-called tendon sheaths. Both are stabilized by ring bands that hold the tendons to the bone. This reinforcement prevents the tendons from separating from the bone when flexing the fingers. There are some ring bands on each finger, but most commonly the ring band A1 in the palm is affected. If the ring band is too tight, the tendon under it can not slide, it jams and the finger "snaps". The symptoms can vary in intensity - from diffracting the fingers to "snapping" the fingers to completely blocking the flexion of the fingers (grade 1-4). An unsuccessful conservative therapy (rest, days of splints, injections) requires surgery.
